VEHICLE CODE 12810

This Vehicle Code enumerates various DMV two point offenses. Most of these offenses are misdemeanors and felonies, which may be expunged. The court may grant the petition in its discretion and in the interests of justice, as provided in California Penal Code § 1203.4(c)(2).
